Missed call follow up, built around how you work.
Software that picks up the missed calls your team cannot get to, so a call you did not answer still turns into a conversation.
A missed call from a stranger is a job you never hear about. There is no voicemail, no record, and no way to know what you lost. We build the thing that responds to that call anyway, works out what the person wanted, and hands you something you can act on.
What it covers
Voicemail is where enquiries go to die. Most people will not leave one, and the ones who do are usually calling about something you could have handled in a sentence. Meanwhile there is no list anywhere of the calls that never connected.
- Every unanswered call followed up automatically
- Text back within seconds of the missed call
- Captures what they wanted without a callback
- A record of calls you never would have known about
- Works while the team is on the tools or with a client
- Urgent calls flagged rather than queued
What we would build
- An automatic text back
- A missed call log
- An urgency filter
Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.
We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.
*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.
Good questions, answered
Do we need to change our phone number?
No. It sits behind the number you already advertise, so nothing on your vans, your website or your signage has to change.
What if the caller does not want to text?
Then it offers a call back at a time that suits them, or takes the detail and passes it to whoever is next free. The point is that the enquiry does not just evaporate.
Will it text people who are not customers?
It only responds to numbers that called you, and it stops the moment somebody asks it to. Nothing goes out to a list.
