Careers at Kiwi Dynamics

We are small on purpose, for now, and we hire when a specific need shows up rather than on a schedule. If you would rather ship a production agent that quietly does its job than demo something impressive that falls over on real data, apply below or email [email protected].

Our values.

Own the Outcome, Not the Ticket

We hire for ownership over a client's actual result, not a queue of tickets to clear. If something is not working, you fix it, you do not wait to be told.

Ship the Thing That Pays for Itself

We would rather have one working system in production than five slides of ideas. Progress here means something real is running, not that a meeting went well.

Say What AI Can't Do Yet

Hype does not hold up once it is wired into someone’s calls and invoices. We are honest with clients and with each other, even when the honest answer is "not yet."

Stay Close to the Work

No layer of management between you and what you build. The person who scopes it is the person accountable for it running well, so decisions move fast.

Real, Not Polished

You do not need to have it all figured out. Ask the question, flag the risk, say when something is stuck. That is how a small team stays fast.

What we look for

People who would rather ship a production agent that quietly does its job than demo something impressive that falls over on real data. Engineering, design and AI specialists who want ownership over a client's actual outcome, not a ticket queue.

Roles that tend to come up

We hire against real client work, not a headcount plan, so this is what actually needs doing rather than a wishlist.

Applied AI / Agent Engineer

Design and ship the voice agents, copilots and workflow agents clients depend on, then keep them sharp as the model and the data change.

Full-Stack Engineer

Build the front end, back end and integrations an agent lives inside, wired into a client’s existing stack rather than sitting apart from it.

AI-Focused Product Designer

Design the interfaces people actually trust: chat, copilot panels and dashboards that make a powerful agent feel obvious to use.

Voice AI Specialist

Tune the phone agents that answer real calls, so they sound like they belong to the business and hand off cleanly when a human is needed.

How hiring actually works here

One real conversation

No five-round gauntlet. We talk about what you have actually shipped and what you would bring here.

A paid trial project

A small, real piece of work, paid, so we both see how it goes before either of us commits further.

A straight answer

If there is a fit, we move fast. If there is not one right now, we say so rather than leave you waiting.
