Reviews and referrals for automotive businesses.

Asked at pickup, when the car is running properly again.

Workshop enquiries are mostly bookings with a diagnosis attached, and the person asking usually cannot describe the problem precisely. The phone rings while the team is under a car, and a booking that takes four minutes to take is four minutes off the job. Asking manually means asking occasionally, and usually only after the jobs that went unusually well. That produces fewer reviews than you have earned and a skewed picture of the work you do.

What it covers for
workshops, dealers and mobile mechanics

Software that asks for the review at the moment the customer is happiest, so your next enquiries cost you nothing to generate.

  • Asked at the right moment after the job, every time
  • Happy customers pointed at a public review
  • Unhappy ones routed to you first, privately
  • Referrals asked for separately from reviews
  • Nothing depends on anybody remembering
  • Which jobs generate reviews, tracked

Built around how workshops, dealers and mobile mechanics work

Reviews are the cheapest lead source any local business has and the most inconsistently collected. The window is short, it closes within a day or two of the job finishing, and that is exactly when your team has moved on to the next one.

  • Bookings taken while the team is working
  • Vehicle details captured before arrival
  • Warrant and service reminders that actually go out
  • Parts availability questions handled without a callback

Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.

We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Straight answers

Is automated review collection allowed?

Asking every customer the same way is fine and is what the platforms want. What is not allowed is filtering who gets asked based on how happy they are, and we do not build it that way.

What about negative feedback?

It reaches you directly and quickly, which is more useful than it appearing in public first. Nobody is blocked from leaving a public review either way.

Can it capture the vehicle details?

Yes, and getting the registration, make, model and symptom before the car arrives saves the conversation happening twice.

Can it diagnose the fault?

No, and it should not try. It gathers the symptom in the customer's words and passes that to whoever is doing the diagnosis.

Can it handle service reminders?

Yes, and for most workshops this is the highest value piece, because the work is already sitting in your own customer list.
