Quote follow up for trade businesses.

Every quote chased, including the ones sent in a busy week.

A trade business takes most of its enquiries by phone, and most of them arrive while somebody is under a house, up a ladder or driving between jobs. The work that pays for the week is the same work that stops anybody answering the phone, so the enquiries arrive at exactly the worst moment. Follow up is a memory problem, not a sales problem. It gets done when things are slow and forgotten when things are busy, which is precisely backwards, because a busy month is when the pipeline for next month is being lost.

What it covers for
plumbers, electricians, builders and the trades around them

Software that follows up every quote you send, so the ones that go quiet get chased without anybody having to remember.

  • Every quote followed up on a schedule
  • Follow ups that reference the actual job
  • Stops the moment the customer replies
  • Flags the ones that are genuinely gone
  • Nothing depends on anybody remembering
  • Outcomes recorded so you know your win rate

Built around how plumbers, electricians, builders and the trades around them work

Quotes are the most expensive thing most businesses produce and the least consistently followed up. The work is already done, the price is already out, and then nobody wants to be the one who chases it.

  • Calls answered while the team is on the tools
  • Urgent jobs separated from price shoppers
  • Quotes followed up without anybody remembering
  • Out of area enquiries handled before a site visit

Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.

We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Good questions, answered

Will it annoy customers?

It follows up on a schedule you set, it references the actual job so it does not read as spam, and it stops immediately on a reply or a request to stop.

Does it work with how we already send quotes?

Usually yes. We build to the system you already use rather than asking you to move your quoting somewhere new.

We are a two person operation, is this worth it?

Sometimes not, and we will tell you. It starts to pay when you are losing calls you never find out about, which is usually the point where one person cannot both do the work and answer the phone.

Can it tell an emergency from a quote request?

Yes, built from your own definition of urgent. A burst pipe and a bathroom renovation get handled differently from the first message.

Will it work with our job management software?

Generally yes. We build to what you already use rather than asking you to move, because moving job management systems mid year is its own disaster.
