Reviews and referrals for trade businesses.

The review asked for while the customer is still pleased.

A trade business takes most of its enquiries by phone, and most of them arrive while somebody is under a house, up a ladder or driving between jobs. The work that pays for the week is the same work that stops anybody answering the phone, so the enquiries arrive at exactly the worst moment. Asking manually means asking occasionally, and usually only after the jobs that went unusually well. That produces fewer reviews than you have earned and a skewed picture of the work you do.

What it covers for
plumbers, electricians, builders and the trades around them

Software that asks for the review at the moment the customer is happiest, so your next enquiries cost you nothing to generate.

  • Asked at the right moment after the job, every time
  • Happy customers pointed at a public review
  • Unhappy ones routed to you first, privately
  • Referrals asked for separately from reviews
  • Nothing depends on anybody remembering
  • Which jobs generate reviews, tracked

Built around how plumbers, electricians, builders and the trades around them work

Reviews are the cheapest lead source any local business has and the most inconsistently collected. The window is short, it closes within a day or two of the job finishing, and that is exactly when your team has moved on to the next one.

  • Calls answered while the team is on the tools
  • Urgent jobs separated from price shoppers
  • Quotes followed up without anybody remembering
  • Out of area enquiries handled before a site visit

Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.

We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Straight answers

Is automated review collection allowed?

Asking every customer the same way is fine and is what the platforms want. What is not allowed is filtering who gets asked based on how happy they are, and we do not build it that way.

What about negative feedback?

It reaches you directly and quickly, which is more useful than it appearing in public first. Nobody is blocked from leaving a public review either way.

We are a two person operation, is this worth it?

Sometimes not, and we will tell you. It starts to pay when you are losing calls you never find out about, which is usually the point where one person cannot both do the work and answer the phone.

Can it tell an emergency from a quote request?

Yes, built from your own definition of urgent. A burst pipe and a bathroom renovation get handled differently from the first message.

Will it work with our job management software?

Generally yes. We build to what you already use rather than asking you to move, because moving job management systems mid year is its own disaster.
