CRM data entry for real estate agencies.

Every portal enquiry in the CRM against the right agent.

Property enquiries arrive in bursts, usually in the evening and almost always about a specific listing. The agent who responds first tends to get the appraisal conversation, and the ones who respond on Monday are talking to somebody who has already met another agent. Manual entry is the first thing dropped on a busy day, and busy days are when the most enquiries arrive. The result is a pipeline that looks thinnest exactly when it is fullest.

What it covers for
agents and agency principals

Software that puts every enquiry into your CRM properly, so your pipeline reflects reality instead of whoever remembered to type it in.

  • Enquiries logged automatically from every channel
  • Calls, emails and messages attached to the right record
  • Duplicates merged rather than stacked
  • Fields filled from the conversation itself
  • Nothing depends on anybody typing it up later
  • A pipeline that matches what actually came in

Built around how agents and agency principals work

Most CRMs are half empty, and the half that is missing is the half nobody had time to enter. That makes every report from it wrong, which is why people stop trusting it, which is why they stop filling it in.

  • Listing enquiries answered in the evening
  • Buyers separated from potential vendors
  • Viewings booked without a phone tag exchange
  • Every enquiry attributed to the right agent

Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.

We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Straight answers

Which CRMs can you work with?

Most of them, one way or another. Where there is no clean integration we build to the data rather than asking you to change systems.

Will it overwrite what our team enters?

No. Human entries win, and anything automatic that conflicts is flagged rather than applied silently.

Can it tell a buyer from a potential vendor?

That is usually the first thing we build, because they are worth completely different amounts to you and they arrive through the same form.

Does it handle enquiries from the portals?

Yes, wherever the enquiry reaches an inbox or a system we can read. The aim is one queue rather than four places to check.

Will it book viewings?

It can, against real availability. For a vendor conversation it is usually better to qualify and hand over to the agent rather than book automatically.
