Lead routing for construction firms.
Client work to estimating, subcontractors somewhere else.
Construction enquiries range from a small residential job to a tender worth a year of work, and they arrive through the same channels. Estimating time is the scarce resource, so an enquiry that gets estimated and then goes nowhere is genuinely expensive. Routing rules in most systems are static and shallow. They do not know who is on leave, who is already at capacity, or who picked up the last three, so the same person gets buried while somebody else sits idle.
What it covers for
main contractors, subcontractors and project builders
Software that gets each enquiry to the right person immediately, so nothing sits in a shared inbox waiting for somebody to claim it.
- Routed by area, service, value or workload
- Knows who is available and who is not
- Reassigned automatically when nobody picks it up
- Owned by a person, not a shared inbox
- Escalates before it goes cold, not after
- Visible so nothing silently stalls
Built around how main contractors, subcontractors and project builders work
A shared inbox is where responsibility goes to be diluted. Everybody can see the enquiry and nobody owns it. We build routing around how your team is actually organised, by area, trade, workload or whoever is genuinely free.
- Project scale identified before estimating starts
- Consent and design stage understood early
- Tender enquiries separated from small works
- Subcontractor enquiries kept out of the client queue
Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.
We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.
*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Good questions, answered
We are a small team, is this overkill?
Often it is, and we will say so. Two people with a clear rule do not need software. It starts to matter when enquiries arrive faster than anybody can triage them.
Can we route by suburb?
Yes, and for anybody with vans or a travel radius that is usually the first rule worth building.
Can it work out the size of a job?
Well enough to route it. Scope, stage and timeframe are usually enough to know whether an estimator should be involved at all.
Will it handle subcontractor approaches?
Yes, and separating those from client enquiries is often the immediate win, because they arrive constantly and bury the ones that matter.
Can it ask about consent?
It can ask what stage the project is at, which tells you a lot about how real it is. It does not advise on consent itself.
