Lead qualification for construction firms.

Scale and stage known before estimating time is spent.

Construction enquiries range from a small residential job to a tender worth a year of work, and they arrive through the same channels. Estimating time is the scarce resource, so an enquiry that gets estimated and then goes nowhere is genuinely expensive. Generic qualification asks generic questions. What makes an enquiry good for you is specific: the suburb, the job size, the timeframe, whether they already have consent, whether they are insured, whether they have three other quotes.

What it covers for
main contractors, subcontractors and project builders

Software that works out which enquiries are worth your time before anybody on your team spends an hour finding out.

  • Qualified against your own criteria, not a template
  • Asks the questions your team would ask anyway
  • Budget and timeframe surfaced before a site visit
  • Out of area and out of scope handled politely
  • Everything captured in the first conversation
  • Scored so your team knows what to open first

Built around how main contractors, subcontractors and project builders work

The cost of a bad lead is not the lead, it is the site visit, the quote and the two follow ups before it goes quiet. We build qualification around your own criteria, so what reaches your team is work you would actually take.

  • Project scale identified before estimating starts
  • Consent and design stage understood early
  • Tender enquiries separated from small works
  • Subcontractor enquiries kept out of the client queue

Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.

We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Straight answers

Who decides what counts as a good lead?

You do. We build the criteria from how you already decide, then adjust it as you see what comes through.

Will it turn away work we would have taken?

It is built to hand over rather than reject when it is unsure. Anything borderline goes to a person with the reasoning attached.

Can it work out the size of a job?

Well enough to route it. Scope, stage and timeframe are usually enough to know whether an estimator should be involved at all.

Will it handle subcontractor approaches?

Yes, and separating those from client enquiries is often the immediate win, because they arrive constantly and bury the ones that matter.

Can it ask about consent?

It can ask what stage the project is at, which tells you a lot about how real it is. It does not advise on consent itself.
