Maritime SMS software for superyachts.

Drills, incidents and hazards recorded for the captain's safety reviews.

Superyachts carry international crews, complex systems and maintenance programmes that follow the vessel between countries. Crew certificates come from many different authorities, and owners and managers expect clear records wherever the yacht is. Safety software built for factories and offices does not fit a deck. Reporting a near miss has to be as quick as telling the skipper, or it does not happen.

What it covers for
superyacht crews and managers

Maritime safety management system software for hazards, incidents, drills, inductions and reviews, built around the safety system you already have.

  • Incident and near miss reports in a few taps
  • Hazard register kept current by vessel
  • Drills, inductions and toolbox talks recorded
  • Corrective actions tracked to done
  • Regular safety reviews scheduled
  • Reports for safety meetings and audits

Built around how superyacht crews and managers work

A safety management system only works if people use it on the boat. We build the software side of yours: hazard registers, incident and near miss reports, drills, inductions and toolbox talks, and the regular reviews, captured on a phone in a few taps and tracked through to done.

  • Crew certificates issued in many countries
  • Complex systems on detailed maintenance plans
  • Records that follow the yacht between countries
  • Clear reporting for owners and managers

Alongside your vessel software, or instead of it.

We build the tool around how your operation runs, as a web app for the office and an iOS and Android app for the boat, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take its place.

Straight answers

Do we need a safety management system?

Most commercial vessel operators do. In New Zealand that is usually through MOSS, and in Australia domestic commercial vessel operators need a documented safety management system. Check what applies to your operation with the regulator or a maritime consultant.

Does the software replace our safety documents?

No. Your documented system stays yours. The software is how the records it calls for are captured and followed through.

Can it handle crew certificates from other countries?

Yes. Certificates are recorded with their issuing authority and dates, whichever country issued them.

Can the management company see the records?

Yes. Access can be given to the captain, crew, the management company and owners, each seeing what applies to them.
