AI built around a real construction week, not a demo.

Construction teams don't need another generic AI pitch.

Adoption is already ahead of the curve - Singapore sits at 5.53x expected AI usage (Anthropic Economic Index, March 2026).

Where AI is landing in construction

Construction teams don't need another generic AI pitch.

  • Quote and schedule faster
  • Draft variations and site reports
  • Answer enquiries after hours
  • Cut admin and H&S paperwork

Built differently, on purpose.

We say when AI is not the answer

Production first, demo second

You keep the hours, the data and the system

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

How Kiwi Dynamics works

We find the one workflow costing Construction teams the most hours, ship a working slice into production in weeks, prove it pays for itself, then harden it and hand it over.

The shape of the result for Construction teams: Adoption is already ahead of the curve - Singapore sits at 5.53x expected AI usage (Anthropic Economic Index, March 2026). Built on Quote and schedule faster, hardened with the rest of the stack as it scales. Kiwi Dynamics

Small crew or big organisation, the busywork is the same :)

Quotes with GST, consent paperwork, LBP records and health and safety logs: the admin every New Zealand trade business carries.

*Illustrative example based on nine hours a week of admin. Actual results vary by workflow and business.

Good questions, answered

What happens if we want to swap a vendor out later?

AI is built behind a small adapter layer specifically so swapping a model provider or a data source is a one-day job, not a re-architecture. Quote and schedule faster, Draft variations and site reports, Answer enquiries after hours, Cut admin and H&S paperwork are our defaults, but the build is intentionally portable.

What's the realistic timeline for AI with a construction team?

Most Construction teams have their first usable slice in week 5 or 6. We'd rather ship narrow and real than broad and aspirational - your team gets to use the thing well before the engagement is "done".

Is AI worth it for a smaller construction team?

Often, yes - and counterintuitively the ROI is sometimes faster than for the big end of town because there's less integration overhead. We'll tell you honestly on the scoping call if it isn't.

Can reminders follow the new WoF rules?

They need to. From 1 November 2026 many light vehicles aged 4 to 14 years move to a WoF every two years, and new vehicles get their second WoF at 4 years.

Will quotes and invoices show GST properly?

Yes. GST is 15 per cent on most goods and services in New Zealand, and anything we build that prices work shows it the way your accounts need.
