CRM data entry for accounting firms.

Onboarding detail captured before the first meeting.

Accounting enquiries are seasonal and arrive in a rush, usually tied to a deadline. The firm is at its busiest at exactly the moment the most prospective clients are looking, which is why enquiries from March onward tend to go unanswered. Manual entry is the first thing dropped on a busy day, and busy days are when the most enquiries arrive. The result is a pipeline that looks thinnest exactly when it is fullest.

What it covers for
accountants and bookkeeping practices

Software that puts every enquiry into your CRM properly, so your pipeline reflects reality instead of whoever remembered to type it in.

  • Enquiries logged automatically from every channel
  • Calls, emails and messages attached to the right record
  • Duplicates merged rather than stacked
  • Fields filled from the conversation itself
  • Nothing depends on anybody typing it up later
  • A pipeline that matches what actually came in

Built around how accountants and bookkeeping practices work

Most CRMs are half empty, and the half that is missing is the half nobody had time to enter. That makes every report from it wrong, which is why people stop trusting it, which is why they stop filling it in.

  • Enquiries answered during the busy season
  • Business clients separated from individual returns
  • Onboarding information gathered before the first meeting
  • Existing client questions kept separate from new work

Alongside the systems you already use, or instead of them.

We build around your own enquiry flow, as a web app and an iOS and Android app, on our own post-trained models where they fit. Keep the CRM and the job management software you use today and connect the two, or let the new tool take their place. We do not buy or sell leads, and we do not run a marketplace.

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

Good questions, answered

Which CRMs can you work with?

Most of them, one way or another. Where there is no clean integration we build to the data rather than asking you to change systems.

Will it overwrite what our team enters?

No. Human entries win, and anything automatic that conflicts is flagged rather than applied silently.

Can it tell a business client from an individual?

Yes, and for most firms that is the single most valuable split, because they represent very different amounts of work and revenue.

Can it collect onboarding information?

Yes, and this is often where it pays for itself. The structure, the entities, the software they use and the year end can all be gathered before anybody meets.

What about existing clients?

They are routed differently. An existing client with a question should not be treated like a new enquiry, and that is a rule we build in early.
