What happens if we want to swap a vendor out later?
Custom software development is built behind a small adapter layer specifically so swapping a model provider or a data source is a one-day job, not a re-architecture. TypeScript, Postgres, Next.js, Cloudflare, Xero API are our defaults, but the build is intentionally portable.
Has this actually shipped for a real dentist?

Is custom software development worth it for a smaller dentist?

What happens when the Holidays Act is replaced?
The Employment Leave Act 2026 replaces it on 6 August 2028. Until then payroll follows the current Holidays Act, so leave calculations need to handle today's rules and the changeover.
