What happens if we want to swap a vendor out later?
Custom software development is built behind a small adapter layer specifically so swapping a model provider or a data source is a one-day job, not a re-architecture. TypeScript, Postgres, Next.js, Cloudflare, Xero API are our defaults, but the build is intentionally portable.
Does it keep up with KiwiSaver changes?
It has to. The minimum employer contribution rose to 3.5 per cent on 1 April 2026 and rises to 4 per cent on 1 April 2028.
Can it keep our building records in order?
Yes. Restricted building work must be done or supervised by a Licensed Building Practitioner, who provides a Record of Building Work, and AI can keep those filed per job.
