Real estate agencies · Applied AI

The version of AI outbound sales that real estate agencies still use a year after launch.

When a real estate agency asks us about AI outbound sales, the first question we put back is the same one every time: which part of your week, if it disappeared, would change how you feel on a Friday? We start the build from that answer.

What AI outbound sales actually does

An AI sales agent that runs your outbound — researches prospects, personalises the pitch, sends the first 3 touches, and only hands a warm reply to a human. Hits the activity numbers no SDR can keep up with, without the spammy blast feel.

  • 01 Lookalike prospect lists built from your best existing customers
  • 02 Personalised first-touch emails and LinkedIn messages — not templated
  • 03 Auto-followups across email + SMS until they reply or opt out
  • 04 Warm replies routed straight to your CRM with full context

Built on: Claude + GPT-4 for messaging Apollo / Clay for enrichment HubSpot or your existing CRM Twilio for SMS, Gmail / Outlook for email

The honest read

Where most real estate agencies engagements actually deliver value.

  • Agents live on their phones between open homes, listing enquiries, and vendor updates that can't wait until Monday.
  • Lead response speed decides who gets the listing, and most agencies lose leads simply because nobody replied fast enough.

How we build AI outbound sales for real estate agencies.

We scope narrow, ship a working pilot, then harden it into production. The first slice is the highest-leverage workflow for a real estate agency business, so value lands before the build is finished. Outbound that doesn't sleep.

The outcome for real estate agencies

If we build the right slice first, real estate agencies feel the difference inside the first month. One NZ SaaS team replaced two outbound SDRs with an AI agent + one closer — 3× the meetings booked, same pipeline cost.

Not your typical AI agency.

How much is not automating costing you?

Nine hours a week of admin is 468 hours a year. With Kiwi Dynamics, that drops to about 52.

Questions

FAQ

What's a typical engagement length for real estate agencies?

Six to twelve weeks for the build, then a short managed-services month while the system goes from "shipped" to "owned by your team". After that you keep us on retainer if you want, or take it from there yourself.

Do you do hourly billing or fixed price?

Fixed price for the pilot, every time. After that it's your call – fixed price per milestone or a small monthly retainer for ongoing iteration. We don't run open-ended T&M because it disincentivises us from finishing.

Do you have proof this works for real estate agencies?

Direct case study: One NZ SaaS team replaced two outbound SDRs with an AI agent + one closer — 3× the meetings booked, same pipeline cost. Happy to walk you through full numbers on a call.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. The default AI outbound sales stack we reach for is Claude + GPT-4 for messaging, Apollo / Clay for enrichment, HubSpot or your existing CRM, Twilio for SMS, Gmail / Outlook for email, but we'll bend it around whatever you already run – Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, Cin7, your own in-house apps. The discovery week maps every data source before any build starts.
