Cleaning companies · Applied AI

The version of AI customer feedback that cleaning companies still use a year after launch.

AI customer feedback is overhyped at the macro level and underused at the workflow level. For a NZ cleaning company, that gap is where the actual ROI lives – and where most of our work happens.

What AI customer feedback actually does

Every Google review, NPS survey, support ticket, and social mention pulled into one place – themed, scored, and ranked by impact. You finally see what customers actually complain about.

  • 01 Pulls reviews from Google, Facebook, Trade Me, your forms
  • 02 Auto-themes complaints and praise into trends
  • 03 Alerts you to a bad review before it goes viral
  • 04 Drafts public review responses in your voice

The cleaning companies reality

What we keep hearing from NZ cleaning companies.

  • Cleaning businesses run on recurring contracts and one-off quotes, both of which need fast, consistent follow-up to win.
  • Quote turnaround and scheduling reliability are what most decide whether a cleaning company keeps a client past the first job.

How we build AI customer feedback for cleaning companies.

We scope narrow, ship a working pilot, then harden it into production. The first slice is the highest-leverage workflow for a cleaning company business, so value lands before the build is finished. AI review and feedback.

The outcome for cleaning companies

Star ratings up ~0.4 in 90 days from faster, on-brand responses. For cleaning companies, that almost always shows up as fewer interruptions and a calmer week, not a dashboard chart.

Questions

FAQ

What's a typical engagement length for cleaning companies?

Six to twelve weeks for the build, then a short managed-services month while the system goes from "shipped" to "owned by your team". After that you keep us on retainer if you want, or take it from there yourself.

Do you do hourly billing or fixed price?

Fixed price for the pilot, every time. After that it's your call – fixed price per milestone or a small monthly retainer for ongoing iteration. We don't run open-ended T&M because it disincentivises us from finishing.

Anyone else in this space using AI customer feedback?

Plenty. Star ratings up ~0.4 in 90 days from faster, on-brand responses. The interesting question is rarely "does it work" – it's "is your team ready to use the output." That's what we'd scope on the call.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. The default AI customer feedback stack we reach for is Claude, Google Business API, Trustpilot, Vercel, but we'll bend it around whatever you already run – Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, Cin7, your own in-house apps. The discovery week maps every data source before any build starts.

Worth a conversation?

Even if you don't end up working with us, you'll leave the call knowing what's worth building.
