What happens if we want to swap a vendor out later?

AI content generation is built behind a small adapter layer specifically so swapping a model provider or a data source is a one-day job, not a re-architecture. Claude, Vercel AI SDK, Sanity, Buffer, Ghost are our defaults, but the build is intentionally portable.

What's the realistic timeline for AI content generation with a building company?

Most building companies have their first usable slice in week 5 or 6. We'd rather ship narrow and real than broad and aspirational - your team gets to use the thing well before the engagement is "done".

Is AI content generation worth it for a smaller building company?

Often, yes - and counterintuitively the ROI is sometimes faster than for the big end of town because there's less integration overhead. We'll tell you honestly on the scoping call if it isn't.

Can it keep our building records in order?

Yes. Restricted building work must be done or supervised by a Licensed Building Practitioner, who provides a Record of Building Work, and AI can keep those filed per job.

Can reminders follow the new WoF rules?

They need to. From 1 November 2026 many light vehicles aged 4 to 14 years move to a WoF every two years, and new vehicles get their second WoF at 4 years.
