Who owns the code and the model setup?
You do, on delivery. We deploy AI booking agent into your own cloud account where possible, with the model setup, prompts, evals and integration code all checked into a repo you own. WhatsApp Business API sits in your account too - we don't operate it from ours.
How long does AI booking agent take to ship for building companies?
We aim for a working pilot inside 4-6 weeks - narrow scope, real building companies data, measurable outcome. From there it's another 6-8 weeks of hardening before you'd consider it production. Full rollouts (multiple sites, multiple teams) typically land in 3-4 months.
Can reminders follow the new WoF rules?
They need to. From 1 November 2026 many light vehicles aged 4 to 14 years move to a WoF every two years, and new vehicles get their second WoF at 4 years.
What happens when the Holidays Act is replaced?
The Employment Leave Act 2026 replaces it on 6 August 2028. Until then payroll follows the current Holidays Act, so leave calculations need to handle today's rules and the changeover.
