Law firms run their businesses unlike anyone else.
Law firms bill for judgement, but a huge share of the week still goes on intake, document review, and status updates.
New matter intake and routine client updates are the two places firms lose the most billable time to admin.
Already buried in admin? We'll sort the first workflow for you :)
Nine hours a week of admin is 468 hours a year. That could drop to about 52.*
*Illustrative, based on 9 hours a week of admin at a typical 80% automation rate. The calculator uses your own numbers.
The shape of the result for law firms: You try the AI feature on a real phone against your own documents or photos before the rest of the app is built. Built on Swift, hardened with the rest of the stack as it scales. Kiwi Dynamics

Straight answers
Anyone else in this space using AI app development?
Plenty. You try the AI feature on a real phone against your own documents or photos before the rest of the app is built. The interesting question is rarely "does it work" - it's "is your team ready to use the output." That's what we'd scope on the call.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. The default AI app development stack we reach for is Swift, Kotlin, Expo, Core ML, LiteRT, but we'll bend it around whatever you already run - Xero, HubSpot, Shopify, Cin7, your own in-house apps. The discovery week maps every data source before any build starts.
Are there hidden costs we should plan for?
Three to know about: model/API spend (which we set up under your own account, not ours, so you see and control it), any new SaaS subscriptions we recommend, and your team's time during rollout. We surface all three in the quote so there are no surprises.
Can AI help with payday filing?
It can prepare it. Employers file employment information every payday, within 2 working days when filing electronically, and automation can have it ready for a person to check.
Does it keep up with KiwiSaver changes?
It has to. The minimum employer contribution rose to 3.5 per cent on 1 April 2026 and rises to 4 per cent on 1 April 2028.
