This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on the Kiwi Dynamics website, what each one does, and how to turn them off.
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels, and this policy covers those too. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the information collected.
Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary: these make the site work and cannot be switched off. They include security and bot-management cookies set by Cloudflare, and a preference cookie that remembers which country version of the site you are viewing so you are not redirected against your choice.
- Analytics: these tell us which pages get read, how people arrive, and where they give up. We use Google Analytics and PostHog. The data is used in aggregate to improve the site, never to identify you personally.
- Preference: these remember choices you make, such as the industry content you last viewed, so the site stays relevant across pages.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share the data these cookies collect for behavioural advertising.
Consent, And Which Law Applies To You
If you are in the EU or the UK, we rely on your consent for analytics and preference cookies, and you can withdraw it at any time using your browser controls. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
If you are in New Zealand, Australia or Singapore, there is no separate cookie consent law, but the information collected is personal information under the Privacy Act 2020, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Personal Data Protection Act respectively, and it is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
How Long They Last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies last from a few days up to two years depending on their purpose. Analytics identifiers typically expire within 13 months, and the country preference cookie lasts up to one year.
Turning Them Off
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. In Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari the controls are under privacy settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Analytics collection across every site that uses it.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site, including the country preference and some form protections. Blocking analytics and preference cookies will not stop the site working.
Changes To This Policy
We update this policy when we add or remove a tool. The current version is always on this page.
