Custom software development in Wellington.
For Wellington operators who want a working pilot in weeks, not a year-long programme.
Already buried in admin? We'll sort the first workflow for you :)
Nine hours a week of admin is 468 hours a year. That could drop to about 52.*
*Illustrative, based on 9 hours a week of admin at a typical 80% automation rate. The calculator uses your own numbers.
Wellington runs on government, tech and screen, and most of that work runs on documents. We build AI that reads, drafts and files them, on New Zealand infrastructure.
What Wellington runs on.
Wellington is home to New Zealand's public sector, which makes up 17 per cent of the city's workforce, alongside tech and fintech, gaming, screen, and food and beverage.
Wellington is a UNESCO City of Film, known for its post-production work. Wellington Anniversary Day falls on on or near 22 January.
From one-person trades to national organisations, we find the hours :)
Quotes with GST, consent paperwork, LBP records and health and safety logs: the admin every New Zealand trade business carries.

Questions Wellington businesses ask
Do you have proof this works for Wellington businesses?
Direct case study: We map the process with the people who do the work first, then build the smallest system that replaces the spreadsheet. Happy to walk you through full numbers on a call.
When does custom software development actually pay back?
Inside the first quarter, in our experience. We pick the first slice specifically because it's the highest-leverage workflow for a Wellington - so the savings start landing before the rest of the build is finished.
Do you do hourly billing or fixed price?
Fixed price for the pilot, every time. After that it's your call - fixed price per milestone or a small monthly retainer for ongoing iteration. We don't run open-ended T&M because it disincentivises us from finishing.
Does it keep up with KiwiSaver changes?
It has to. The minimum employer contribution rose to 3.5 per cent on 1 April 2026 and rises to 4 per cent on 1 April 2028.
Does scheduling handle public holidays?
It should. New Zealand has 11 national public holidays, including Matariki, plus a regional anniversary day that depends on where your business is.
