Built for the parts of the mathematical technicians job that eat a Tuesday.

When mathematical technicians ask us what AI actually changes, the first question we put back is the same one every time: which part of your week, if it disappeared, would change how you feel on a Friday?

By the numbers

Canada's overall AI usage sits at 4.37x its expected level, with Singapore leading at 5.53x.

Adoption is already well ahead of the curve, and the edge goes to whoever turns it into a concrete workflow first.

Straight answers, even when the answer is no

One workflow live in weeks, not a programme

Measured in hours back, not slides

*Every engagement is scoped and quoted up front. Results vary by workflow and business.

From one-person trades to national organisations, we find the hours :)

The questions a public sector buyer asks, answered up front: privacy impact, the NZISM, where the data lives and how an algorithm is held to account.

*Illustrative example based on nine hours a week of admin. Actual results vary by workflow and business.

What changes for mathematical technicians week to week

Mathematical Technicians sits within Computer & Software, one of the sectors we build production AI for.

  • Draft, review and refactor code
  • Turn tickets into tested changes
  • Document systems and write runbooks
  • Triage logs and incidents
If we build the right slice first, Mathematical Technicians feel the difference inside the first month. 0.03% of all Claude.ai conversations map to this kind of work (Anthropic Economic Index, March 2026) Kiwi Dynamics

How much is the admin really costing you?

Nine hours a week of admin is 468 hours a year. That could drop to about 52.*

*Illustrative, based on 9 hours a week of admin at a typical 80% automation rate. The calculator uses your own numbers.

Good questions, answered

Has this actually shipped for a real mathematical technicians team?

Yes. 0.03% of all Claude.ai conversations map to this kind of work (Anthropic Economic Index, March 2026) We'll share comparable engagements on the call.

Who owns the code and the model setup?

You do, on delivery. We deploy AI into your own cloud account where possible, with the model setup, prompts, evals and integration code all checked into a repo you own. Draft, review and refactor code sits in your account too - we don't operate it from ours.

How long does AI take to ship for Mathematical Technicians?

We aim for a working pilot inside 4-6 weeks - narrow scope, real Mathematical Technicians data, measurable outcome. From there it's another 6-8 weeks of hardening before you'd consider it production. Full rollouts (multiple sites, multiple teams) typically land in 3-4 months.

Does it keep up with KiwiSaver changes?

It has to. The minimum employer contribution rose to 3.5 per cent on 1 April 2026 and rises to 4 per cent on 1 April 2028.

Can you work to the NZISM?

The NZISM is the government's information security manual and is written for vendors serving agencies as well as the agencies themselves, so government-adjacent work should be built to it.
