AI that gives court reporters their time back, not another dashboard.
When court reporters ask us what AI actually changes, the first question we put back is the same one every time: which part of your week, if it disappeared, would change how you feel on a Friday?

What changes for court reporters week to week
Court Reporters sits within Legal, one of the sectors we build production AI for.
- First-pass contract review and summaries
- Cited research over your matters
- Qualify and intake new matters
- Draft standard letters from templates
How Kiwi Dynamics works
We find the one workflow costing Court Reporters the most hours, ship a working slice into production in weeks, prove it pays for itself, then harden it and hand it over.
If we build the right slice first, Court Reporters feel the difference inside the first month. 0.03% of all Claude.ai conversations map to this kind of work (Anthropic Economic Index, March 2026) Kiwi Dynamics
On the tools or running at scale, the admin still eats the week :)
The questions a public sector buyer asks, answered up front: privacy impact, the NZISM, where the data lives and how an algorithm is held to account.
*Illustrative example based on nine hours a week of admin. Actual results vary by workflow and business.
By the numbers
Canada's overall AI usage sits at 4.37x its expected level, with Singapore leading at 5.53x.
Adoption is already well ahead of the curve, and the edge goes to whoever turns it into a concrete workflow first.
Good questions, answered
Who owns the code and the model setup?
You do, on delivery. We deploy AI into your own cloud account where possible, with the model setup, prompts, evals and integration code all checked into a repo you own. First-pass contract review and summaries sits in your account too - we don't operate it from ours.
How do you price AI engagements?
Fixed-scope pilots first, then either project pricing or a small monthly retainer for the ongoing work. No long lock-ins, no 18-month black-box deals. Most Court Reporters are surprised how small the first cheque is.
How long does AI take to ship for Court Reporters?
We aim for a working pilot inside 4-6 weeks - narrow scope, real Court Reporters data, measurable outcome. From there it's another 6-8 weeks of hardening before you'd consider it production. Full rollouts (multiple sites, multiple teams) typically land in 3-4 months.
Is our data kept in New Zealand?
Kiwi Dynamics hosts its own infrastructure in New Zealand, under New Zealand governance. If personal information ever has to go offshore, privacy principle 12 requires comparable protection.
Can it remind us about the annual return?
Yes. Every company must file an annual return with the Companies Office each year, separate from its tax return.
