AI that gives assessors their time back, not another dashboard.

When assessors ask us what AI actually changes, the first question we put back is the same one every time: which part of your week, if it disappeared, would change how you feel on a Friday?

0.02% of all Claude.ai conversations map to this kind of work (Anthropic Economic Index, March 2026).

Small crew or big organisation, the busywork is the same :)

The questions a public sector buyer asks, answered up front: privacy impact, the NZISM, where the data lives and how an algorithm is held to account.

*Illustrative example based on nine hours a week of admin. Actual results vary by workflow and business.

How much is the admin really costing you?

Nine hours a week of admin is 468 hours a year. That could drop to about 52.*

Not your typical AI agency.

Honest about what AI can and cannot do

By the numbers

Canada's overall AI usage sits at 4.37x its expected level, with Singapore leading at 5.53x.

Adoption is already well ahead of the curve, and the edge goes to whoever turns it into a concrete workflow first.

What changes for assessors week to week

Assessors sits within Business & Finance, one of the sectors we build production AI for.

  • Draft reports, proposals and commentary
  • Analyse spreadsheets and statements
  • Answer policy questions with sources
  • Automate onboarding and reminders

Questions assessors ask

Will this run on our own infrastructure?

Yes, where it makes sense. AI can sit entirely in your cloud account, with model calls routed through endpoints you control. We default to Draft reports, proposals and commentary, Analyse spreadsheets and statements, Answer policy questions with sources, Automate onboarding and reminders but the architecture supports your existing platform choices.

When does AI actually pay back?

Inside the first quarter, in our experience. We pick the first slice specifically because it's the highest-leverage workflow for an assessors team - so the savings start landing before the rest of the build is finished.

Do you do hourly billing or fixed price?

Fixed price for the pilot, every time. After that it's your call - fixed price per milestone or a small monthly retainer for ongoing iteration. We don't run open-ended T&M because it disincentivises us from finishing.

What does the Privacy Commissioner expect before we use AI?

Senior leadership sign-off, a check that the tool is necessary and proportionate, and a privacy impact assessment before it goes live.

Can AI help with payday filing?

It can prepare it. Employers file employment information every payday, within 2 working days when filing electronically, and automation can have it ready for a person to check.
