How Kiwi Dynamics works

We find the one workflow costing Oamaru businesses the most hours, ship a working slice into production in weeks, prove it pays for itself, then harden it and hand it over.

To start, tell us about your week

Oamaru services the farms, processors and visitors of the Waitaki. We automate the job cards, stock orders and bookings that keep those small teams stretched.

Questions Oamaru businesses ask

Has this actually shipped for a real Oamaru?

Yes. Posting cadence up 5x, hours spent per week down to one. We'll share comparable engagements on the call.

Who owns the code and the model setup?

You do, on delivery. We deploy AI social media into your own cloud account where possible, with the model setup, prompts, evals and integration code all checked into a repo you own. Claude sits in your account too - we don't operate it from ours.

How do you price AI social media engagements?

Fixed-scope pilots first, then either project pricing or a small monthly retainer for the ongoing work. No long lock-ins, no 18-month black-box deals. Most Oamaru businesses are surprised how small the first cheque is.

Can AI help with payday filing?

It can prepare it. Employers file employment information every payday, within 2 working days when filing electronically, and automation can have it ready for a person to check.

Does scheduling handle public holidays?

It should. New Zealand has 11 national public holidays, including Matariki, plus a regional anniversary day that depends on where your business is.
