How long does AI take to ship for Sales & Retail teams?
We aim for a working pilot inside 4-6 weeks - narrow scope, real Sales & Retail teams data, measurable outcome. From there it's another 6-8 weeks of hardening before you'd consider it production. Full rollouts (multiple sites, multiple teams) typically land in 3-4 months.
Who owns the code and the model setup?
You do, on delivery. We deploy AI into your own cloud account where possible, with the model setup, prompts, evals and integration code all checked into a repo you own. Answer product, stock and pricing questions sits in your account too - we don't operate it from ours.
Does it keep up with KiwiSaver changes?
It has to. The minimum employer contribution rose to 3.5 per cent on 1 April 2026 and rises to 4 per cent on 1 April 2028.
Is our data kept in New Zealand?
Kiwi Dynamics hosts its own infrastructure in New Zealand, under New Zealand governance. If personal information ever has to go offshore, privacy principle 12 requires comparable protection.
