Questions Cromwell businesses ask
How long does AI photo tagging take to ship for Cromwell businesses?
We aim for a working pilot inside 4-6 weeks - narrow scope, real Cromwell businesses data, measurable outcome. From there it's another 6-8 weeks of hardening before you'd consider it production. Full rollouts (multiple sites, multiple teams) typically land in 3-4 months.
How do you price AI photo tagging engagements?
Fixed-scope pilots first, then either project pricing or a small monthly retainer for the ongoing work. No long lock-ins, no 18-month black-box deals. Most Cromwell businesses are surprised how small the first cheque is.
Has this actually shipped for a real Cromwell?
Yes. Photo admin time cut from hours per week to minutes. We'll share comparable engagements on the call.
Will it work alongside Fergus or Tradify?
We build around the tools you already run instead of replacing them. Fergus and Tradify are both job management tools built in New Zealand for trades.
What does the Privacy Act 2020 mean for AI?
The same rules apply as for any system holding personal information. A breach that could cause serious harm must be reported to the Privacy Commissioner, who expects it within 72 hours.
