Our history
Kiwi Dynamics started because the same problem kept turning up everywhere we looked: good New Zealand and Australian businesses drowning in manual admin that AI could obviously take off their plate.
The problem we kept seeing
Small and mid-sized businesses were losing hours every week to work no one should have to do by hand. Missed calls turning into missed jobs. Quotes that took days to go out. Invoices that never got chased because someone forgot. The owners knew it was costing them, and they knew the technology to fix it already existed, but the gap between an impressive demo and a system they could actually run their business on was wide, and no one was closing it for them.
Why a consultancy, not a pitch deck
The founder, an AI engineer with a consulting and cybersecurity background, had spent enough time around production systems to know the difference between something that works in a demo and something that holds up on a bad day with real traffic. So Kiwi Dynamics was set up as a consultancy that ships that second kind: production AI, grounded in a client's own data and wired into how they already operate, not slideware and not hype.
How we work now
The approach has stayed the same since day one. Find the one workflow costing a business the most time or the most leads, ship it to production, prove the return, then expand from there. We are a young and deliberately small company, and we would rather earn trust one working system at a time than make claims we cannot back up.
