Founder led, engineering first. Kiwi Dynamics is run by an AI engineer with a consulting and cybersecurity background, which is why security and correctness are never an afterthought here.
Close to the work by design
We stay small and hands on on purpose. The person who scopes your project is the same person accountable for it running well in production. There is no layer of management between you and the people writing the code, so decisions get made quickly and nothing gets lost in translation.
Why that matters for you
Applied AI is unforgiving when it is done at arm's length. A system that touches your calls, your quotes and your invoices has to be correct and secure, and it has to keep working when the day gets messy. Keeping leadership close to delivery is how we hold that standard. We would rather grow slowly and stay accountable than scale into a company where the people signing off never see the system run.
